Photographer

Our company is in need of a full time Photographer to add to our Denver, PA location. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is ready to make a career decision to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior product photography experience, knowledge of digital SLR cameras, experience working in Adobe programs and the ability to work in a fast paced studio environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and work well with tight deadlines.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Photograph incoming inventory
  • Upload and rename images to our server database
  • Maintain organization standards within the warehouse inventory system
  • Follow photography department guidelines and standards

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or higher in photography
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to use Digital SLR cameras
  • Understanding of studio strobes

Customer Experience Associate

Morphy Auctions is seeking an outgoing and friendly personality to add to our ever-growing Customer Experience Team. This is a forward-facing customer service position requiring a friendly and personable disposition.

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction

• Manage customer needs, including but not limited to, incoming calls, customer service inquiries by phone and face-to-face and all other related support questions

• Follow customer experience procedures, guidelines and policies

• Maintain and update customer account information

 

Skills/Requirements:

• Strong dedication to quality customer service.

• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to make decisions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.

• Can work independently as well as with a team.

• Ability to communicate with many different levels of employees and clients.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• The ability to work within Office Suite and Outlook.

 

High school diploma or equivalent required. Customer service experience preferred.
