John & Nancy Smith's Figural Cast Iron Review

The May Auction offers a large array of figural cast iron including more than 100 doorstops representing over 40 years of collecting from a prominent New England Collection. Some of the doorstop highlights include the Cottage with Thatched Roof, Mallard Duck, Pekingese, and the Cat with Paw Up.

The last half of the Scottie Dog collection continues with many seldom seen items including pet feeding dish stands, foot scrapers, fuel tank caps, lamps, andirons, plus many Scottie Doorstops, bookends and unusual desk accessories.

Blinking Eye Clocks, a Mermaid Lawn Sprinkler, and a Santa Claus Christmas Tree Stand also compliment the Figural Cast Iron Selection.
